📋 Description

Lead enterprise Data & AI Governance program
Define ownership, stewardship, quality, lineage, access, retention, use
Establish AI risk process across lifecycle: intake to retirement
Develop responsible-AI principles (transparency, privacy, security, oversight)
Maintain inventory of data assets, AI use cases, governance decisions
Set classifications and governance for internal, vendor, and embedded AI

🎯 Requirements

10+ years in data/AI governance, risk, privacy or related
Experience building or enhancing governance programs
Strong data ownership, quality, lineage, metadata, classification, lifecycle know-how
Working knowledge of AI/ML concepts including LLMs, explainability, bias, monitoring
Ability to craft practical, risk-based policies for fast-moving tech
Cross-functional collaboration across data, security, privacy, compliance
