• Lead and mentor a high-performing data engineering team.
• Own reliability, quality, and scalability of core data platforms.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in data engineering or related infra roles.
• 3+ years managing engineering teams.
• Experience with large-scale batch/streaming pipelines (Spark, dbt, Airflow).
• Experience with Databricks, Snowflake, or BigQuery.
• Own data reliability: SLAs, observability, lineage, quality.
• Strong data modeling, governance, privacy and access control.
