🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in data engineering/backend/data infra roles.
• 3+ years leading engineering teams (hiring, coaching, PM).
• Experience building/operating large-scale batch and streaming pipelines (Spark, Airflow, dbt).
• Experience with Databricks, Snowflake, BigQuery, or similar.
• Own data reliability programs: SLAs, observability, lineage, incidents.
• Data modeling, semantic layers, governance, privacy, access control.
