• Balance platform evolution with business support and modern operating model.
• Embed AI into data analytics; design pipelines and RAG systems.
• Enable self-service and mesh architecture for decentralized data models.
• Implement governance, observability, and cost attribution; prototype workflows.

🎯 Requirements

• Lead technical strategy to build AI-ready data and RAG architectures.
• 5+ years leading data/platform/analytics teams.
• Deep Snowflake and dbt knowledge; analytics modeling standards.
• Experience in self-service data platforms and Data Mesh.
• Strong Python and SQL; CI/CD, Git, and automated testing.
• Cloud-native ETL/ELT tools experience; Matillion DPC preferred.
