🎯 Requirements

8+ years in data engineering or backend/data infra, high-scale.
3+ years in directly managing and growing engineering teams.
Strong in large-scale batch and streaming pipelines.
Experience with Spark, dbt, Airflow; lakehouse/warehouse stacks.
Data modeling, semantic layer, data contracts, data contracts.
Reliability, observability, SLAs, incident response ownership.
