📋 Description

• Lead and grow a high-performing Data Engineers team.
• Develop quarterly roadmaps with cross-functional partners.
• Own the architecture and reliability of Headway's data platform.
• Define and champion engineering standards for data.
• Partner cross-functionally to design scalable data infra for analytics and ML.
• Translate complex data decisions into actionable recommendations for executives.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in data engineering or related roles
• 3+ years of experience managing and developing teams
• Experience building and scaling data platforms in a cloud-native environment
• Proven success partnering cross-functionally with Data Science, Analytics, and Product Engineering
• Deep expertise in data warehouse design, pipelines, and transformation frameworks
