📋 Description

• Lead production models and decision systems for matching and scheduling.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Care Ops to deploy AI solutions.
• Shape the Data Science and Applied AI roadmap; mentor the team.
• Turn complex problems into scalable, measurable systems.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Operations from problem to deployment.
• Establish standards for evaluating and deploying ML/AI systems.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in data science, ML, OR, or related field; 3+ years leading teams.
• Built or led production models that influenced business outcomes.
• Decide whether a problem needs prediction, optimization, experimentation, or AI.
• Clear objectives, reliable data/tools, rigorous evaluation, and robust system design.
• Experience partnering with Product, Engineering, Operations, and senior stakeholders.
• Excellent communication with technical, operational, and executive audiences.
