📋 Description

• Lead and mentor a high-performing data science team in blockchain, intelligence, and ML.
• Drive technical innovation across Airflow, BigQuery, Kafka, Python for scalable pipelines.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and intelligence teams to transform blockchain data into insights.
• Help make TRM the market leader in blockchain Attribution with high accuracy and usability.
• Recruit, develop, and retain top talent to grow the team's technical and product maturity.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years managing data science or ML teams.
• Proven experience with large-scale data systems (BigQuery, Snowflake).
• Strong Python programming and production code practices (git, testing, notebooks).
• Bachelor's degree or higher in quantitative field (CS, Stats, Physics, Engineering). Advanced degree preferred.
• Experience leading data science teams in complex, ambiguous environments.
