Senior Manager, Data Science & Operation Analytics

📋 Description

• Lead analytics across marketplace performance, behavior, sourcing, pricing, and trends.
• Develop analytical frameworks and AI agents that measure marketplace health.
• Translate complex business problems into structured analytical approaches.
• Deliver executive-ready insights shaping product roadmaps and priorities.
• Establish best practices for statistical analysis, hypothesis testing, and causal inference.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to design, measure, and interpret A/B tests and experiments.

🎯 Requirements

• 7–10 years in Data Science, Analytics, Statistics, Economics, or related field.
• Strong foundation in statistical inference, experimental design, causal analysis, forecasting, and modeling.
• Experience designing and analyzing A/B tests, observational studies, and experiments.
• Expertise in SQL and Python (Pandas, NumPy, SciPy, Statsmodels) for data analysis.
• Experience building analytical datasets, KPI frameworks, semantic models, and scalable reporting.
• BI and data visualization using Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
