Senior Manager, Data Science & Operations Analytics

📋 Description

• Lead analytics across marketplace performance, customer behavior, pricing, and operations.
• Develop analytical frameworks and AI agents to measure marketplace health.
• Translate complex business problems into structured analytical approaches.
• Deliver executive-ready insights influencing product roadmaps and investments.
• Establish best practices for statistics, hypothesis testing, and experiments.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to design A/B tests and experiments.

🎯 Requirements

• 7–10 years in Data Science, Analytics, Statistics, Economics, or related field.
• Strong foundation in statistics, experimental design, forecasting, and modeling.
• Experience designing and analyzing A/B tests, observational studies, and experiments.
• SQL and Python (Pandas, NumPy, SciPy, Statsmodels) expertise.
• Experience building analytical datasets, KPI frameworks, and scalable reporting.
• BI and data visualization using Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
