🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years data science or analytics experience.
• 3+ years managing and developing teams.
• Strong product mindset and cross-functional collaboration.
• Forecasting, experimentation, causal inference experience.
• Hands-on SQL and Python or R.
• Experience adopting AI-assisted tools to automate data workflows.
