📋 Description

• Build multi-year partnership plans to drive customer outcomes and partner revenue with safeguards.
• Drive alliance governance with Sprinto and partners to ensure accountability against targets.
• Lead cross-functional engagement with sales, customers, and product to grow partner-driven pipeline.
• Develop executive relationships with practice leaders and senior practitioners across the partner ecosystem.
• Establish and govern joint GTM initiatives with partners, including enablement and co-marketing plans.
• Align Sprinto internal teams with delivery partners to resolve conflicts, speed deals, and drive revenue growth.

🎯 Requirements

• 8–12 years in partnerships, alliances, or commercial roles, with time in GRC, compliance, security, or audit-adjacent domains.
• Proven ability to build and manage executive relationships with senior practitioners at professional services firms.
• Track record building partner programs or alliances, not just inheriting them.
• Multi-year track record driving partner-sourced and partner-influenced SaaS pipeline with outcomes.
• Strong executive presence to influence stakeholders across complex, multi-party environments.
• Experience using AI-powered tools and workflows in partnership management or decision-making.
