• Lead and manage a high-performing Detection & Response team ensuring 24/7 operational excellence
• Define team processes, culture, and operating rhythms balancing agility with security discipline
• Conduct one-on-ones, provide feedback, and create career development paths
• Manage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables; establish blameless post-incident culture
• Define and implement threat management frameworks; introduce automation standards
• Architect incident response processes, escalation frameworks, and triage protocols

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of security experience with 5+ years leading technical teams
• Proven ability to define and build security programs from the ground up
• Excellence at building automation-first security programs
• Clear understanding of securing a cloud infrastructure provider
• Proven ability to create sustainable team cultures
• Strong judgment in security response
