Senior Manager, Developer Relations

📋 Description

• Own the developer strategy for AI & Developer tools.
• Shape the developer point of view for complex product areas and define adoption paths.
• Lead multi-team launch adoption motions and build durable adoption infrastructure.
• Close the loop between developers and product; synthesize signals into product feedback.
• Represent Snowflake in developer and open-source communities; enable engineers to participate
• Manage, coach, and develop a team of Developer Advocates with hiring and growth responsibilities.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in Developer Relations or related field with proven adoption impact.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing technical/DevRel teams.
• Hands-on technical foundation to build and debug demos and explain architecture tradeoffs.
• Fluency with modern AI development; experience with LLMs, RAG, tools/agents, and agent frameworks.
• Solid data/analytics workflow knowledge (SQL, ELT/ETL, dbt, orchestration).
• Excellent communication and storytelling; ability to translate AI/data concepts for technical and
