Senior Manager, DevOps and Engineering Support

📋 Description

• Build and lead a Tier 2 operational support team for Appian Cloud
• Define onboarding requirements for new features, including runbooks and docs
• Establish standards ensuring features ship with proper support readiness
• Serve as escalation path beyond Tier 1 for complex incidents
• Partner with teams in Chennai, US, Europe and Australia to ensure documentation
• Drive operational hygiene and close gaps in feature supportability

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience building and leading a DevOps or Tier 2/3 ops team
• 7+ years in DevOps, SRE, or production ops, with 3+ years in senior management
• 7+ years in Software Engineering with proven delivery
• Deep experience defining onboarding standards for multi-team engineering
• Hands-on with AWS (strongly preferred), Kubernetes, CI/CD, and infrastructure-as-code
• Must be a US Citizen or US Permanent Resident
