Senior Manager – Digital Assets

📋 Description

• Lead digital asset accounting engagements for high-volume, fragmented data.
• Hands-on SME for digital asset accounting, activity, valuation, cut-off, audit evidence.
• Own client delivery across transaction readiness, SEC/IPO readiness, and implementations.
• Drive recreation and reconciliation of accounting records across GL and subledgers.
• Lead process improvements for repeatable, audit-ready accounting and reporting.
• Mentor staff and play active role in recruiting and business development.

🎯 Requirements

• 8–12 years in Big 4 audit/advisory or related, with 2+ years Big 4.
• Digital asset accounting, crypto, fintech, broker-dealer, or high-volume txn exp.
• Ability to stand up or remediate accounting records in complex data env.
• Strong US GAAP, SEC reporting, audit readiness, and transaction readiness knowledge.
• Highly organized; analytical thinking; drive clarity in ambiguity.
• Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, ethical, and dependable.
