Senior Manager, Digital Securities & Market Structure Policy

📋 Description

• Drive Coinbase's engagement on active and pending SEC rulemakings related to market structure
• Lead the development of Coinbase's comment letter strategy in response to SEC proposals affecting
• Build and maintain relationships with SEC staff and Commissioners' offices, positioning Coinbase as
• Translate proposed and final rules into internal guidance for Legal, Product, and executive
• Partner with Legal to assess regulatory risk and compliance implications of new rules, including
• Represent Coinbase externally in industry working groups and regulator engagements on market

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in securities law, market structure policy, or corporate finance, with
• Deep understanding of the SEC rulemaking process and Administrative Procedure Act, with
• Substantive expertise in either trading market structure or securities issuance and corporate
• Proven ability to translate complex regulatory text into actionable guidance for cross-functional
• Utilizes generative AI responsibly, maintaining human oversight to deliver business-ready outputs
