📋 Description

• Lead large transformation programs end-to-end.
• Own senior client relationships and multiple workstreams.
• Mentor and lead consulting teams across engagements.
• Manage engagement delivery from scoping to implementation.
• Develop roadmaps: modernization, cloud, data, and automation.
• Oversee scope, staffing, budget, risk, and timelines.

🎯 Requirements

• 9–13+ years of progressive leadership experience.
• Led large, complex transformation programs from strategy to execution.
• Experience managing teams, mentoring staff, and BD.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree a plus.
• Deep expertise in digital transformation, cloud, data analytics, ERP/CRM.
• Hybrid model based in Chicago; travel as needed.
