Senior Manager, Ecommerce

📋 Description

• Lead day-to-day Ecommerce ops for NA/APAC stores; hybrid in Redwood City.
• Own the Ecommerce content calendar; update products and campaigns across markets.
• Optimize shopper funnel: category pages, landing pages, navigation, filters.
• Partner with Creative and Marketing on content and campaigns.
• Lead QA across devices/regions for a seamless UX.
• Mentor a small Ecommerce team and establish repeatable processes.

🎯 Requirements

• 11+ years Ecommerce experience with hands-on site content planning/execution.
• Commercial and entrepreneurial mindset; identify opportunities and influence strategy.
• Proven ability to mentor a team in a global context.
• Roll up your sleeves; customer-experience mindset and operational excellence.
• Strong analytical skills; translate data into actionable insights.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher; Merchandising/Economics/Business; AI literacy.
