  • Lead end-to-end payroll across multiple EMEA countries.
  • Ensure accurate, timely monthly payroll (base pay, taxes, deductions).
  • Manage and develop a regional payroll team; prioritize work.
  • Serve as regional payroll SME and escalation point; manage vendor/HRIS/benefits relationships.
  • Ensure compliance with local tax, reporting, and payroll regulations; maintain controls.
  • Partner with Finance on payroll accounting, accruals, and reconciliations.

  • Significant experience leading end-to-end payroll across multiple EMEA countries.
  • International payroll knowledge: taxes, reporting, benefits, equity.
  • Proven experience mentoring direct reports and managing external vendors.
  • Deep understanding of payroll controls, audits, reconciliations, and internal controls.
  • Ability to assess risk and implement scalable, practical solutions.
  • Strong communication with internal teams, external advisors, and vendors; data-driven with KPIs.
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, able to manage priorities.
