Senior Manager - Employee Relations

📋 Description

• Own ER strategy for US and Europe with global team.
• Lead day-to-day ER agenda for Europe and US.
• Build capability on conflict resolution and bias-aware decisions.
• Address performance concerns, involuntary exits, and org changes.
• Serve as ER expert on health, belonging, and DEI alignment.
• Ensure governance and compliance across US/Europe with Legal.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's in HR/Business; JD or advanced HR cert is a plus.
• 8+ years in Employee Relations; 3+ years in senior/lead capacity.
• Cross-border ER experience US & Europe (UK, Germany, FR, NL).
• Deep US employment law; GDPR and EWCs knowledge.
• Proficient with HR tech and case management tools (Salesforce, ServiceNow, Smartsheet).
• Strong leadership with ability to coach HRBPs and managers; stakeholder influence.
