📋 Description

• Guide companies during the transition phase towards the 'New Energy Reality'
• Work on various projects supported by a team of Sia consultants and/or client representatives
• Ensure that projects are delivered beyond expectations
• Act as a coach and mentor for consultants
• Engaged role in shaping and growing business through business development and sales support
• Handle assignments such as market (entry) studies, improvement of operational processes, investment

🎯 Requirements

• Master's Degree
• At least 8 years of experience in consulting within the utilities industry
• Business network at relevant energy companies
• Good view of developments in the energy market and impact on actors in the value chain
• Strong interest in data and AI-related topics, ability to quickly build expertise
• Excellent English and Dutch verbal and written skills
