🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of Engineering experience with 2+ years managing teams.
• Strong SDLC knowledge is essential.
• Expert mastery of a modern backend stack (Node.js/TypeScript, Python/Java) and cloud native tech (AWS).
• Experience designing complex architectures (microservices, serverless, event-driven).
• Solid DevOps: CI/CD, IaC (Terraform/Ansible/CloudFormation), Kubernetes.
• Excellent English communication; data analysis and visualization (Google Sheets); KPI experience.
