Senior Manager, Engineering

📋 Description

• Lead multiple engineering teams to deliver scalable software with strong outcomes
• Set goals, define success metrics, and monitor progress
• Partner with Product and cross-functional teams to drive prioritization and timely delivery
• Remove barriers and maintain execution momentum across teams
• Own engineering excellence: code quality, testing, reliability
• Guide architectural decisions balancing speed and long-term maintainability

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years leading one or more teams in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science (or equivalent) with SaaS leadership
• Hands-on Go and full-stack systems leadership
• Deep experience with AWS and/or GCP; distributed systems
• Drive architectural decisions with scalable practices: CI/CD, testing, observability, IaC
• Translate goals into execution using metrics to drive accountability
• Effective communicator; builds inclusive, high-performing teams via coaching
• Eager to take initiative in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
