Senior Manager, Engineering

📋 Description

• Lead and develop a team of 8–10 SREs and engineers responsible for the availability, performance
• Own the operational health of survey data collection systems — uptime, incident response, capacity
• Ensure platforms meet security, privacy, and data governance requirements (including respondent
• Manage relationships, contracts, and SLAs with third-party vendors and services that support the
• Partner with product, data science, and operations stakeholders to align platform roadmaps with
• Plan and prioritize work across run-the-business support and platform modernization

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field — or
• 12+ years of overall experience in Software Engineering
• 7+ years in software, infrastructure, or platform engineering roles
• Experience operating within budget ownership and annual planning cycles
• Ability to lead distributed or hybrid teams across time zones
• 3+ years managing technical teams (SRE, DevOps, platform, or infrastructure engineering)
