Senior Manager, Engineering (821)

📋 Description

• Lead 2–3 product engineering teams, provide day-to-day management, coaching.
• Set UI platform direction: micro-frontend architecture and React/TypeScript standards.
• Drive engineering execution: sprint planning, prioritization, code reviews, hands-on contributions.
• Establish and evolve CI/CD for front-end modules, including build pipelines and automated testing.
• Ensure reusable UI/services are well-designed; guide backend integration (auth, user mgmt).
• Partner with Product Management to define roadmaps and deliver high-impact outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years software engineering with 3+ years leading engineers.
• Strong React 18+ expertise (hooks, Suspense, StrictMode) and TypeScript patterns.
• Webpack 5 and Module Federation or similar modular front-end architecture.
• Experience designing and operating micro-frontend systems or independently deployable UI architectures.
• Backend services integration: API design and microservices-based architectures.
• Familiarity with event-driven patterns (pub/sub) and cross-module state management; auth (JWT, RBAC).
