Senior Manager, Engineering

📋 Description

• Lead and grow a high-agency Core Infrastructure team in Bengaluru.
• Own delivery for core infra investments: cloud, observability, reliability.
• Partner with Product Eng, Security, and platform teams to accelerate delivery.
• Guide multi-cloud strategy: Azure and GCP, Kubernetes, networking, IaC.
• Drive operational excellence: observability, incident response, DR, runbooks, alerts.
• Partner with AI/product teams to support next major product surfaces.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of engineering management and 10+ years hands-on infra/platform engineering.
• Deep expertise in cloud infra, Kubernetes, networking, observability, and IaC.
• Track record designing and scaling reliable distributed systems with fault tolerance.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and turning ambiguous needs into plans.
• Strong people leadership: hiring, coaching, accountability, and culture.
• Clear communication and calm execution during incidents and escalations.
