• Collaborate with Telemetry, Cloud Infra, and Product for observability.
• Hire, coach, and develop engineers; maintain a high talent bar.

🎯 Requirements

• 14+ years in software development and engineering.
• 4+ years engineering management leading teams.
• Experience operating large-scale distributed systems in production (cloud-native).
• Leadership and management skills; hire and retain top talent.
• Proven track record shipping features under deadlines.
• Distributed systems design, replication, high-availability ops.
• Kafka or similar high-scale streaming platforms (Pulsar, Flink) in cloud.
• AWS, GCP, Azure or private cloud-native infra experience.
