Senior Manager, Engineering - Identity & Access Management

📋 Description

• Lead, hire, mentor, and develop the IAM engineering team; own performance, career development, team
• Own delivery of the enterprise-grade IAM platform: auth engines, permission/role models, enterprise
• Set roadmap priorities with Product, Security, and Engineering leadership; improve identity
• Lead an AI-native engineering org by structuring work for agent-assisted routing, reporting
• Partner with enterprise customers, GTM teams, and security stakeholders to understand
• Own operational excellence for high-blast-radius services: reliability, safe migrations, on-call

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of professional software engineering with at least 3 years leading engineering teams and
• Hands-on IAM experience: authn/authz systems using OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML, JWTs, MFA/2FA, SSO, SCIM
• Experience using AI tools to automate reporting, triage, status tracking, and operational
• Proven track record delivering enterprise SaaS at scale; experience with enterprise
• Strong hiring, development, and retention history for engineering teams.
• Ability to lead architecture discussions, evaluate trade-offs, and make decisions for
