📋 Description

• Lead the NAMER Advocacy Team
• Manage and develop Senior and Staff Developer Advocates across NAMER
• Set expectations and priorities; empower autonomy for accounts
• Balance workload and prioritize requests
• Own DevDays Delivery in NAMER
• Drive end-to-end account engagement and adoption

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in developer advocacy or enterprise SaaS
• Leadership experience or readiness to coach senior contributors
• Strong hands-on technical credibility: build, demo, teach
• Operational, execution-first mindset; run repeatable programs
• Cross-functional collaboration with Sales, SAs, Dev Success, Product, Marketing
• Familiarity with durable execution, workflow orchestration, or distributed systems (Temporal)
