Senior Manager - Enterprise Risk Management

📋 Description

• Facilitate risk discussions at management and leadership meetings.
• Ensure ERM processes identify, manage, monitor and report risks.
• Raise ERM awareness across Markets and Group Functions.
• Challenge risk registers: validity, severity and controls.
• Advise teams on ERM processes and risk communications.
• Develop ERM training and support IT systems for risk data.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong technical ERM skills in large international org or consultancy.
• Able to communicate risk concepts to non-experts.
• Experience designing and implementing a full ERM framework.
• Proficient in risk interviews, KRIs, appetite and reporting.
• Link ERM to ESG, HSE and resilience activities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration.
