📋 Description

• Lead global EHS program across sites and functions.
• Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations.
• Implement and maintain global EHS policies, standards, governance.
• Conduct multi-site risk assessments and drive mitigations.
• Oversee regulatory reporting, audits, and compliance tracking.
• Build and manage EHS training programs and safety committees.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Health & Safety or related field.
• 8-12 years of progressive EHS leadership in multi-site/global environments.
• Deep knowledge of environmental regulations, occupational safety standards, and risk management.
• Experience in manufacturing, distribution, R&D, or operational environments.
• Ability to partner with senior leadership on safety strategy and compliance risk.
• Strong analytical skills with audits and regulatory reporting.
