Senior Manager - Events

📋 Description

• Support a portfolio of high-priority events from planning through execution, ensuring the attendee
• Drive day-to-day event planning and execution across agenda, experience, logistics, production, and
• Bring event narratives to life, overseeing Run-of-Show, stage management, AV, technical production
• Manage production agencies and vendors ensuring high-quality delivery, cost efficiency, strong
• Own event budgets from initial estimates through final reconciliation, including contracts
• Partner with Creative Services to execute the event look and feel across stage, environmental

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience managing complex corporate events, conferences, executive experiences, or
• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, Business, or related
• Proven ability to own events end-to-end, from strategy and experience development through
• Experience managing complex events across multiple workstreams, stakeholders, vendors, budgets, and
• Strong event production, vendor, and financial management skills, including contracts, procurement
• Strong project management and communication skills, with the ability to translate business and
