Senior Manager, Executive Communications

📋 Description

• Refine executive communications strategy to ensure Cohere shows up for the best opportunities on the biggest stages
• Develop and implement corporate communications across internal and external audiences
• Drive content across speaking opps, op-eds, podcasts, and exec social media
• Build and manage a small two-person team (speechwriter + vendor)
• Develop and execute rapid response for executives
• Oversee high-impact forums: speaking engagements, conferences, events

🎯 Requirements

• 10-12 years in executive communications, in-house tech/AI environment
• 3+ years of people management
• Provide fierce feedback to executives and implement it effectively
• Scrappy and outside-the-box thinker who solves problems
• Adept in pre-IPO communications
• Experience in policy and regulatory communications
