  • Lead ongoing evaluation, enhancements, and administration of executive compensation programs.
  • Analyze market trends and compensation practices to develop recommendations.
  • Collaborate with People, Finance, Legal, and leadership to solve compensation challenges.
  • Develop comms to help leaders and employees understand compensation programs.

🎯 Requirements

  • 12+ years in compensation, with broad-based and executive programs.
  • Proven success leading complex compensation initiatives and influencing leaders.
  • Deep expertise in compensation strategy, benchmarking, governance, and admin.
  • Experience supporting exec compensation programs, board processes, or proxies.
  • Strong ability to partner with senior stakeholders across People, Finance, Legal.
  • Advanced analytical skills; Excel; complex models and analyses.
