Senior Manager, Executive Compensation

📋 Description

• Lead strategy, design, governance, and execution of Affirm's exec compensation.
• Partner with senior leaders to align comp with priorities, values, and culture.
• Oversee evaluation, enhancement, and administration for competitiveness and scalability.
• Analyze market trends and compensation practices to support objectives.
• Collaborate with Compensation Operations for delivery and governance.
• Develop communications to help leaders and employees understand programs.

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years in compensation; exec and broad-based programs.
• Proven success leading complex compensation initiatives and influencing senior leaders.
• Expertise in comp strategy, benchmarking, incentive design, governance.
• Experience supporting exec programs, Board or Compensation Committee processes.
• Strong collaboration with People, Finance, Legal and business leadership.
• Advanced analytics and modeling; Excel; experience with Snowflake/Sigma.
