Senior Manager, External Reporting

📋 Description

• Lead the preparation and review of SEC filings, including Forms 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, proxy statement
• Oversee the tie-out of financial statements, footnotes, and Management’s Discussion & Analysis
• Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP, SEC regulations (including Regulations S-K and S-X), and
• Manage the external reporting calendar and coordinate deliverables across finance, legal, investor
• Review and analyze financial results to ensure consistency and accuracy of disclosures
• Review accounting analyses and journal entries related to stock-based compensation (ASC 718)

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive expertise in U.S. GAAP and SEC public company reporting, with hands-on experience leading
• Experience reviewing cash flow statements, stockholders’ equity, EPS, and related supporting
• Demonstrated capability in orchestrating complex financial reporting deliverables, managing
• Advanced skills in workflow automation, process improvement, and implementing technology- or
