Senior Manager, External Reporting

📋 Description

• Lead external reporting and regulatory filings (SEC/Canadian)
• Own month-end close for SBC and equity transactions
• Implement equity accounting system and related close processes
• Manage monthly, quarterly and annual filings
• Coordinate audits with external auditors and regulators
• Supervise external reporting analysts team

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years accounting experience (public or external reporting)
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
• Deep knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting
• Experience implementing Certent equity system
• Familiar with Intacct, BPC and Workiva
• Advanced MS Excel and MS Office skills
