Senior Manager, Field Engineering

📋 Description

• Lead a regional Specialist Field Engineering team across Kubernetes, Storage, HPC, Networking, and Compute Infrastructure.
• Define and execute the regional technical go-to-market strategy with Sales, Product Engineering, and Marketing.
• Act as executive sponsor for regional strategic accounts, guiding from concept to deployment.
• Partner with customers to translate AI and infrastructure requirements into scalable solutions.
• Align capacity and fleet operations to support AI workloads.
• Establish KPIs, streamline workflows, and coordinate with Support for rapid resolution.

🎯 Requirements

• B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years in solutions architecture/field engineering with 4+ years in leadership.
• Proven track record designing and deploying large-scale cloud-native environments.
• Familiarity with GPU-based computing and distributed workloads.
• Expertise in infrastructure frameworks, workload orchestration, performance tuning, and distributed systems.
• Strong knowledge of Kubernetes, networking, security, and enterprise storage.
