📋 Description

• Lead a team of pre-sales Solutions Architects for Lakebase.
• Engage with complex strategic accounts across multiple verticals.
• Partner with sales to drive consumption and adoption of Lakebase.
• Coach and develop team to execute with best-in-class value.
• Communicate complex, business-value solutions; act as credible leader in OLTP and data platforms.
• Collaborate with Product/Engineering to translate feedback into product evolution.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years leadership with teams of 7+ (first-line) or 20+ (second-line).
• Enterprise software pre-sales with OLTP, data warehousing, cloud, or AI solutions.
• Track record engaging executives and driving 1M+ ARR accounts.
• Proven ability to empower teams and deliver customer value.
• Deep knowledge of data-driven decisions, AI and modern DB architectures.
• Bachelor's degree and willingness to travel up to 30%.
