• Partner with the Country Manager to align local market execution with priorities.
• Design and lead territory strategies for acquisition, optimization, and host quality.
• Experiment to unlock new supply sources and turn results into playbooks.
• Collaborate with Supply Leadership, Marketing, RevOps, Policy, and Product.
• Monitor and own performance to meet revenue, supply, and quality KPIs.

🎯 Requirements

• 14+ years of experience in global operations, business development, or marketplace management, with 5+ years in people-leadership.
• Deep MexicoCCA travel/hospitality expertise with local growth experience.
• Operational and commercial skills, plus public speaking and marketing.
• Bold, compassionate leader with bias for action and proven coaching ability.
• Analytical, strategic thinker using data to guide decisions across markets.
• Proven ability to influence product, policy, and cross-functional teams to unlock revenue.
