Senior Manager, Field Tools & Analytics, Oncology

📋 Description

• Act as Subject Matter Expert and day-to-day point of contact for Oncology field tools, supporting
• Execute weekly/monthly tool updates and partner with Targeting, IC Teams, and development teams on
• Partner with business stakeholders to review, discuss, and action system enhancement and process
• Execute design, deployment, training, communications, and ongoing management of field tools, data
• Partner with BTS, MABI, Field Training, and Franchise teams to deploy and maintain field-facing
• Identify and recommend process improvements to streamline operations and reduce cycle time

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS degree required.
• Manager: Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, marketing/sales operations, or
• Senior Manager: Same foundational experience as Manager, plus demonstrated track record of leading
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Preferred knowledge of pharmaceutical industry, compliance regulations, and standards.
• Salesforce/Veeva CRM Proficiency — hands-on system administration and support experience.
