Senior Manager, Finance

📋 Description

• Deliver Brazilian & Bacen GAAP reporting including close and P&L.
• Submit BACEN COSIF reports (monthly/quarterly/annual) on time.
• Lead finance transformation with automation design, testing, rollout.
• Localize new product initiatives for local reporting; memos and system setup.
• Work with external advisors on LATAM laws and regulatory impact.
• Support Accounting, Financial Ops, Treasury, and cross-functional teams.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in Payments/FinTech/Financial Services.
• Hands-on regulatory reporting experience in a licensed financial institution.
• Strong Brazil, Bacen and US GAAP with multi-ledger reconciliation.
• Experience preparing technical accounting memos; FinTech preferred.
• Track record managing cross-jurisdiction projects with clear communication.
• Recognized accounting qualification (ACA, CIMA, ACCA, CPA).
