Senior Manager, Finance

📋 Description

• Prepare external financial statements and supporting disclosures, including statements of cash
• Review XBRL reporting to help ensure the accuracy, consistency, and compliance of financial
• Research, analyze, and document complex technical accounting matters involving non-routine
• Monitor new accounting standards and SEC rulemaking, assess their applicability, document relevant
• Support the design, enhancement, documentation, and testing of internal controls under Section 404
• Coordinate with internal audit service providers and external auditors on control testing

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualification required.
• At least 7 years of progressive accounting experience, ideally combining public accounting with SEC
• Strong knowledge of U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (U.S. GAAP) and SEC financial
• Experience with SOX Section 404 compliance at a publicly traded company, including the design
• Strong technical accounting research skills, including the ability to interpret authoritative
