Senior Manager, Finance AI Transformation

📋 Description

• Partner with Finance to identify AI/automation opportunities and redesign processes.
• Prioritize opportunities, pilot concepts, and scale solutions with measurable outcomes.
• Bridge Finance, DnA, and IT by translating requirements into controls.
• Design finance data products and semantic layers to cut manual work.
• Establish cadence for transformation delivery: intake, milestones, risk, adoption.
• Drive adoption of Finance AI capabilities through UAT, training, and launch procedures.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in finance transformation, accounting, revenue, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of core finance processes: close, GL, revenue recognition, Q2C, O2C, R2R, controls.
• Experience evaluating or deploying AI in Finance: Generative AI, ML, automation.
• Hands-on AI prototyping with modern AI tools.
• Experience with ERP/CRM/CPQ, billing, cloud data platforms, BI.
• Define requirements for finance data products, dashboards, AI capabilities.
