Senior Manager, Finance Operations and Data

📋 Description

• Own equity accounting and stock-based compensation reporting.
• Guide teams on escalations and uniform financial procedures.
• Run daily Billing, Collections, Accounts Payable, and Finance Data Ops.
• Lead automation using AI and data warehouses (BigQuery) to optimize workflows.
• Monitor DSO, DPO and data governance across systems.
• Mentor managers and collaborate with cross-functional teams for data integrity.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in financial operations (AP/AR/Billings) with leadership.
• CA(SA) designation or equivalent professional certification.
• Experience implementing large-scale finance tech solutions or ERP transformations.
• Lean or Six Sigma experience to drive improvements in operational finance.
• Background in complex multinational corporate environments.
• Expertise in finance ops automation and AI-enabled workflows.
• Strong leadership to manage, mentor, and scale teams.
