Senior Manager, Finance Transformation & AI

📋 Description

• Lead AI-enabled FP&A and Treasury transformation initiatives.
• Prototype and validate AI/automation use cases in planning, forecasting, cash management.
• Define governance, controls, and adoption for AI-enabled finance solutions.
• Collaborate across FP&A, Treasury, DnA, IT, Security, and Legal to design data products
• Build operating cadence for transformation delivery, including milestones and benefits realization.
• Drive adoption through training, UAT, and communication to ensure trust and usage across Finance

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in FP&A, treasury, finance transformation, consulting, data/analytics, or related
• Strong FP&A & Treasury process fluency: planning, forecasting, cash flow, liquidity, bank
• Hands-on AI and automation track record: GenAI, ML, analytics, intelligent automation in finance
• Hands-on with emerging AI tools and prototyping (e.g., vibe coding).
• Experience with finance data platforms and tools: Anaplan, Workday Adaptive Planning, OneStream
• Strong judgment on Responsible AI, data governance, access controls, SOX considerations.
