Senior Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis

📋 Description

• Own the annual operating plan and rolling forecasts.
• Lead monthly close, variance analysis, and commentary.
• Build investor-grade models and prep investor decks.
• Partner with finance units on resource allocation and product economics.
• Develop FP&A infrastructure and lead the team.
• Prepare investor materials and financial narratives for stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• 8–12 years finance experience; 3+ FP&A; Bachelor's degree.
• Capital markets exposure; IPO/pre-IPO experience.
• IB/strategy consulting background; strong modeling; MBA/CFA a plus.
• Fintech or crypto domain knowledge.
• Multi-currency, multi-entity modelling.
• Anaplan, NetSuite, SQL proficiency; Looker dashboards.
