📋 Description

• Plan systems and models; modernize forecasting tools with IT/Finance.
• AI automation: standardize AI use across FP&A.
• Forecast coordination and consolidation; own calendar and reconciliation.
• Management reporting for CEO, CFO, SVP Finance, and Board.
• Lead and develop a small high-impact FP&A team.
• Partner across org to drive cross-functional process efficiencies.
• Forecast global budget items like payroll taxes and allocations.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s in finance, business, or economics; MBA a plus.
• 5+ years FP&A or finance experience.
• Expert in financial modelling, Google Sheets, Excel, and Pigment.
• Extremely organized; can make sense of messy data.
• Technically curious; enjoys learning new systems and lightweight connectivity.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
