• AI automation: Standardize how AI is used across FP&A.
• Forecast coordination and consolidation: Own planning calendar, timelines, and reconciliation.
• Management reporting: Create executive and Board-ready financial reporting.
• People management: Lead and develop a small, high-impact FP&A team.
• Cross-functional partnership: Drive operational efficiencies across processes.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in finance, business or economics; MBA a plus.
• 5+ years FP&A or finance experience.
• Expert in financial modeling, Google Sheets, Excel, and Pigment.
• Technically curious; quick to learn new systems and lightweight integrations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Strong project management, detail-oriented, and multi-tasker.
